Bird’s-Eye Financial Views

I’m excited to report that two of my aerial images of Princeton University’s campus have been featured in the Report of the Treasurer, 2019-2020, published by the Princeton University Office of Finance and Treasury.

My image of Princeton’s iconic Blair Arch is used in an initial spread to help set the tone for the publication.

In the Service of Humanity spread. The Report of the Treasurer, 2019-2020. Smith + Manning Design.

And one of my broader views of campus is used for the Report on Investments.

Both images were captured as part of two 2020 projects which created an internal library of aerial video clips and still images for Princeton University. Work was timed to the 2020 spring blossoms and the fall colors.

Much thanks to Smith + Manning Design and Princeton University Advancement. It should be noted that Princeton University is a no-drone zone. I am a certified FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot and flew with express permission of the client.

This is not my first work in the Report of the Treasurer nor for the Office of Finance of Treasury. I photographed the cover spread and an internal section header for the 2017-2018 report.

And I photographed the cover and many of the internals for the 2012-2013 report which highlighted Princeton’s libraries.

In 2011 Finance and Treasury commissioned me to create a library of candid working images of their key staff as well as all things finance.
