Rack ‘Em Up

Some new architecture work done for my friend Brooke at DRAW, David Robinson Architectural Workshop. Here is the first of two Jersey Shore adjacent renovations both of which take inspiration from the ocean, sky, and boardwalk.

When is a basement anything but? When it’s a game room/wet bar/wine cellar and it has a home office splitting off of it.

Production

These portfolio above was created with a Canon EOS R running tethered into Capture One Pro. I used the simple EF-RF adapter mount along with Canon’s 17mm and 24mm II TSE lenses.

The space was well lit but I added lights to accent features of the room as needed. The cloth of the pool table, the recessed well above the pool table, shelves above the wet bar, and the pool table’s woodwork all received additional light.

Lighting for the wide shot. Canon EOS R and Profoto B10 Plus lights. Spring Lake, NJ. February, 2020.

I used Profoto B10 Plus lights along with grids for accents and added gels to match the color temperature of the existing room lights.
