Jake was photographed using a Canon Speedlite 600EX-RT flash, mounted off-camera in a Chimera XXS Softbox, and triggered via Canon’s ST-E3-RT transmitter. Having radio wireless in these small flashes is so much more reliable than the optical (infrared) method they used to use. Well worth the investment/upgrade if you are considering it.
