I’ll be the first to admit that the post title is a bit of a stretch, E=McA+C… What’s it mean?
I was trying to play off of E = mc2. I wasn’t sure if it worked but then as I thought about it, it made perfect sense. McA is Jim McAuliffe and C is Rich Carroll. Together they make up McAuliffe + Carroll Architects. Separately each has done projects here, then they joined forces, and now the new studio comes out of that merger. In each case, their work has breathed new life into our house, it has enriched our lives, and it has brought new energy which we feed of off every day. So, E does equal McA+C.
