11111 – Studio Reset

Moving into the new space after fifteen years in the old so 11111 makes it a reset of sorts.

Lots of stuff all over, cables everywhere, but it all seems to work. Printers will now run off of ethernet, guitar amp is easy access, Elvis Costello is on the screen, and HAL is under the desk keeping an eye on everything.

Only casualties so far of the ~15′ move from the house to the studio; my ten year old Soundsticks (which no longer sound so sticky), a brand new Verizon cable box which doesn’t like cable based channels, my back, and my neck.

Here’s to a new year, a new space, and moving on from the starting point of 1’s.
