The Princeton Neuroscience Institute and Peretsman Scully Hall are two sides of the same building on the southern end of Princeton University’s campus. I was commissioned by the university to create images of the new complex in advance of its dedication.
Designed by José Rafael Moneo; the Princeton Neuroscience Institute draws faculty from the Applied Math, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Molecular Biology, Physics, Philosophy and Psychology Departments to foster an interdisciplinary approach to neuroscience. Peretsman Scully Hall is the new home of the Princeton’s Psychology Department.
Pic 4 -> has some shift to it but given the angle no lens would have enough. Also, when I photograph some projects like this I am often working before a building is 100% complete. In the case, when I took that image the front entrance at ground level was a mess. So, I was avoiding getting the entrance doors.
I like image, I think it’s a nice graphic. It was used as a spread in the dedication book for the building: http://bit.ly/2iQNSBD .
nice pics. (why no tilt/shift in pic 4?)
Thanks Mike!

These are fantastic, Jon.
Thanks – don’t quite know why I sat on the images so long but glad to finally to do the blog post and update my main site with the images.
